Police warning over man and woman knocking on doors begging for money and trying to sell artwork in Flintshire
North Wales Police has issued a warning to residents in Flintshire over a man and woman who have been knocking on doors begging for money and trying to sell artwork.
There have been multiple sightings of the two people including in Sychdyn on Tuesday when a male, purporting to be deaf approached several houses.
Police said: “We have received a number of calls in the Flintshire area in the last few days reporting a male and female begging for money and selling artwork.
We advise anyone visited to refrain from giving any money to anyone knocking door to door.
Please remain vigilant.”
