Police seize stolen tools worth thousands of pounds from an address in Garden City

Police have seized a large haul of stolen tools from an address in Garden City.

Officers from North Flintshire Local Policing Team were tipped off about a large amount of stolen items were being stored at the undisclosed address.

Police arrested a male in his 30’s following the discovery of the stolen property which was was seized and returned to its owner.

It’s believed the stolen tools were taken from a business premises in Greenfield in April and are part of a haul worth £30,000

The arrested man is currently on bail whilst investigations continue.

Commenting on their Facebook page a member of North Flintshire Local Policing Team said:

“It always brings a smile to our faces when we can return stolen property to its rightful owner smile emoticon however there are still a number of items we are trying to locate.”

There are still a number of stolen items from the Greenfield business which have yet to be found, they include:

– 1 x George Valeting Machine (apparently similar to ‘Henry’ the hoover but called George and is more powerful!)
– 1 x Kango 950k Concrete Breaker
– 1 x Kubota Petrol Generator
– 1 x Sip professional battery charger in grey
