Police hunt man with North Wales links who left person with life-changing injuries following an assault

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Arthur McDonagh. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

He is wanted in connection with a serious assault that occurred in Shropshire last month. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The victim of the assault sustained life-changing injuries as a result of the attack. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Arthur is from Telford but also has connections to North Wales and Manchester. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

In a statement West Merica Police said: ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“Have you seen Arthur McDonagh?” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“27-year-old Arthur McDonagh, from Telford, is wanted by police in connection with a serious assault.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“The assault happened in Newport on 19 November 2022 and the victim suffered life-changing injuries.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“Arthur has links to Telford, North Wales and Manchester.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

“Anyone who has seen Arthur or has information about where he may be is asked to call 999.” ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
