North Wales Police and Flintshire County Council are hosting an online surgery today,  Friday January 22.

The surgeries are a way for the public to talk to local officers and local councillors, to tell them what they want them to be working on in their community and to find out what they are doing about crime and anti-social behaviour.

North Flintshire Local Policing Team will be available to discuss local issues.

Sgt Mike Wilson said; “If there is something that is bothering you in the community that you want us to look into, talk to us during the meeting or alternatively send us a question by Private Message (using #AskNorthFlintshire) and we will answer it during the online surgery.

“These surgeries are an excellent way of increasing our availability to the public, particularly for those who may have transport or mobility problems and would otherwise be unable to attend in person. I would encourage any member of the public who has issues in the area to make use of the service.”

PCSO Andy Knowles added; “This is a great way for us to contact the public and discuss the concerns they have in the areas where they live and work. By knowing the issues in each area we can work alongside other agencies to resolve them.”

Flintshire County Council will be attending the online surgery to answer questions or point people in the right direction  regarding areas such as   housing and Streetscene.
