North Wales crews join Chester search after person reported in water
A search for a person reported in the water began in Chester late on Wednesday night and was continuing into Thursday morning.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to Grosvenor Road at 11.34pm on 27 May.
The Flint RNLI lifeboat launched at 11.56pm, according to the Flintshire station.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service engine was among the appliances sent to help, alongside crews from Chester and other Cheshire stations.
The fire service said police, the Coastguard and RNLI teams also attended.
Specialist teams searched the area using rafts, a lifeboat and underwater camera equipment.
The fire service said the search was ongoing and that it would share updates.
