Lean Management course at Toyota Deeside

The Welsh Government is offering businesses in Wales within the Advanced Materials & Manufacturing sector the opportunity to attend the Toyota Plant in Deeside, North Wales for a one and a half day course on Lean Management.

Toyota deesideThe course will show leaders in organisations how to realise improvements to safety, quality, productivity and cost by the effective deployment of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Toyota Way Leadership Behaviours. 

Simulation techniques, worksite observation and discussion with Toyota Management will help delegates grasp the meaning of key elements of TPS and give them an insight into how to make this work in practice. Delegates will also understand the process steps, key strategic issues and their own role in leading a lean transformation.

After the 50% Welsh Government support, cost per delegate is £380.

Course dates available: 09 and 10 September.
