This summer Deeside Round Table and Deeside Ladies Circle are bringing the spirit and frenzied fun of iconic 80s television show It’s A Knockout to Gladstone Playing Fields, Hawarden.

They are looking for teams of between six and ten people to sign up and take part in what organisers say will be an “incredibly fun day filled with spills and laughter.”

A Deeside Round Table spokesperson said:

“Every single penny raised will be divided between our two chosen charities for this event: Round Table Children’s Wish, who provide holidays, breaks away and magical days out to children suffering serious illness and life-limiting conditions, and CLAPA, the Cleft Lip and Palate Association who provide invaluable support to children with a cleft.”

Organisers have brought in a professional company to run the ‘It’s A Knockout competition’ on their behalf,

On the day there food and drink stalls, including a bar, and some music to “keep everyone pumped for the events.”

It’s A Knockout takes place on Saturday 6th June
