Deeside based Underground Vision acquired by Dutch-based Torenvalk Group

A £5m-turnover drain and sewer specialist has been acquired by Dutch-based Torenvalk Group in a cash and shares deal.

insidermedia.com are reporting Underground Vision (UK), which is headquartered in Deeside, has been bought by Torenvalk to strengthen its presence in the UK market.

The business reported a turnover of £5.5m and a pre-tax profit of £1.6m in the year to 30 September 2012. It was founded by Anthony Foden and Brad Commins in 2007 and employs more than 85 staff.
