Section of Chester Road in Sandycroft closed, police ask drivers to avoid area

The B5129 Chester Road at the junction with Station Road and Moor Lane in Sandycroft has been temporarily closed, North Wales Police have confirmed.

Although initially described as Pentre, the affected area is within Sandycroft.

Motorists are being urged to avoid the location to allow emergency services to work safely.

In a post of social media just before 10.30pm North Wales Police said:

“B5129 Chester Road, Pentre at the crossroads with Station Road and Moor Lane is temporarily closed

Please avoid the area so that emergency services can carry out their work”
