Another day of train disruption for Shotton rail commuters this time due to a broken down freight train

Train passengers travelling from Shotton to Bidston  this morning, Tuesday  16 Dec, are experiencing delays once again, this time due to a fault on a freight train somewhere between Neston and Hawarden.
