Woman taken to hospital following a two car crash near Mold

A woman was taken to hospital this morning following a two car crash near Mold.

Police closed the road at around 8.40am as emergency services dealt with the crash

The collision involved a silver VW Golf and a white Vauxhall on the A5118 Plas Major Lane in Llong.

North Wales roads policing unit tweeted; “Thank you for your patience. We are currently dealing with a collision on the at Llong. Recovery and are on scene and the road will be open shortly.

A Wales Ambulance spokesperson said;

“We were called at approximately 8.45am this morning to reports of a two-car road traffic collision on the A5118 Plas Major Lane in Llong.

We sent two crews in emergency ambulances and one woman was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital.”

The road reopen just before 10am.
