Police seize cannabis plants in Greenfield unit raid

Police have uncovered and shut down a cannabis cultivation in an industrial unit in Greenfield.

North Wales Police said officers from rota one and rota three, working with local utility suppliers, located and discontinued the cultivation on Wednesday 3 September.

The discovery included more than 60 mature cannabis plants, nine premature plants and large amounts of pre-packaged cannabis.

Officers also arrested a man who was found inside the property on suspicion of cultivating a class B drug.

In a statement, North Wales Police said: “Exactly like any other drug Cannabis links in with Organised crime and Criminal Exploitation.
