Police appeal to find missing teenager last seen at Talacre
North Wales Police are appealing for help to find a missing 16-year-old.
Rhys was last seen at Talacre Beach Resort on Sunday 19 July at around 7.30pm.
He is thought to be wearing a red t-shirt, shorts and black sliders, and carrying a blue bag.
Police said he has links to the St Helens area of Merseyside.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact North Wales Police via its live webchat facility, or call 101 quoting reference MPFN/233/26.
