Orange Carrera bike stolen in Shotton; Police appeal for info

North Flintshire Police have issued a public appeal after the reported theft of a orange Carrera bicycle in Shotton, urging local residents to report any sightings.

According to police, the stolen bike has a ripped seat, making it easily recognisable.

Officers indicated that they have already stopped several people in the area riding similar bikes in an effort to locate the missing Carrera.

The police noted on social media that the large presence of officers in Shotton might have led the suspect to abandon the bike nearby.

A spokesperson from North Flintshire Police, stated, “We have received a report of a bike theft in Shotton and are actively working to recover the stolen property.”

The suspect is described as a male youth, last seen possibly wearing a balaclava, blue jeans, and a grey jacket.
