One man charged with attempted murder following Queensferry Robbery
Police have charged two men in connection with an alleged robbery at Queensferry Costcutter store in which a lone shopkeeper sustained serious injuries.
Both men have been charged with robbery, one of the men has also been charged with attempted murder.
The men will appear before Magistrates in Mold on Saturday morning

Officers were called to Costcutters, Queensferry at around 6.30pm on Thursday December 8 where a 58 year old man had sustained significant, but non- life threatening injuries.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
The suspects fled empty-handed.
Following enquires two men were arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault.
They remain in custody in Wrexham.
Det Chief Inspector Neil Harrison said;
“This was a serious and violent attack on a lone shop keeper resulting in him receiving serious injuries. Our thoughts are with him and his family and specially trained officers have been appointed to support them.
“I am appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward, particularly a man who we believe was in the store at the time of the attack. This individual may be able to provide key evidence as we move the investigation forward.
“I would like to thank the local community for all the support provided to date and to let them know that there will be police activity in the area throughout the day. Meanwhile I wish to reassure the public that such incidents are rare and this is an isolated event.”
