Two new show homes have been opened at the Bryn Castell development on New Brighton Road, near Mold.

The launch event featured workshops, activities with local organisations, food and drink from local suppliers and free independent mortgage advice.

Community organisation Outside Lives hosted pot painting and planting sessions, while visitors were able to try freshly made smoothies and pizza.

The event marked the official opening of two show homes, the three-bedroom Selwood and the five-bedroom Delamere. Both properties are now open to the public to view.

Anne-Marie O’Doherty, regional sales director, said: “Celebrating the local area and highlighting its unique location, which maximises its proximity to Mold and commuter hotspots while being surrounded by open spaces to enjoy walks and boost wellbeing, has been important to us ever since we started work on this development. While our team has been based here in our marketing suite and getting to know the community for a few months, it’s brilliant to unveil our two show homes with a weekend filled with conversation and fun activities alongside some brilliant local organisations.

“Our show homes truly showcase the style and quality that people can expect at Bryn Castell and we’re looking forward to meeting more people who are interested in making their next move.”

The Flintshire development, built by Lovell Homes, will provide 90 homes in total. A range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties are available, with prices starting at £284,995.

The Help to Buy – Wales scheme is available on eligible homes, allowing buyers to access a property with a 5% deposit.
