Following the news this week that Deeside residents have been targeted by thieves claiming to be from the council and Gas Board, Police are appealing to anybody who knows the identify of a male seen in Ewloe offering gardening services where more distraction burglaries have taken place.

The male is described as being 6′ tall, dark hair, wearing a dark maroon jumper and spoken with an Irish accent, the man said he was from the Council and needed to put some weed killer down. 

Anybody with any information about this person is being asked to contact the Police on 101 quoting reference number: Ref R150655

Police are appealing for information following a report of a burglary at a property in the Nelson Street area of Shotton.

The incident occurred sometime between 8:15pm and 9:10pm on Tuesday evening.

North Flintshire Policing Team are appealing for information following an incident involving a large group of youths in the Queensferry area at around 7:47pm on Tuesday evening.

The youths made off towards John Summers High School.
