Flintshire Council phone lines down for maintenance this weekend

Flintshire County Council has announced that all its phone lines will be out of service from 4.30 pm on Friday, 28th February, until 8 am on Monday, 3rd March, due to scheduled maintenance.

The disruption will affect both incoming and outgoing calls to all published and unpublished council telephone numbers across all office locations.

Residents requiring urgent assistance during this period can still access the council’s Out of Hours services, which will remain operational:

  • Social Services: 0345 0533 116
  • Housing Repairs: 01267 224 911
  • Property or Streetscene Issues: 01267 224 911
  • School Buildings Concerns: 01267 224 911

Flintshire County Council advises residents to plan ahead for any non-urgent inquiries and apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Normal phone services will resume at 8 am on Monday, 3rd March.
