Fancy a 3D mini version of you? its coming to Asda.

Asda are trialling a new 3D printing service – offering customers a chance to create a detailed 3D printed miniature version of themselves and their family while you’re doing your weekly shop!

In a UK supermarket first, Asda are trialling pioneering 3D printing technology at their York store from this week, if successful it will be rolled out nationally, prices start from £40 for an 8 inch figurine

The scanning, which takes a couple of minutes happens in store, its then sent away for printing and picked up instore a week later.
