North Flintshire officers arrested a driver wanted in Scotland following multiple reports submitted through the OP SNAP scheme, which allows the public to share dashcam footage of alleged road offences.

The vehicle, a Range Rover, was brought to police attention after several community members sent in evidence.

Officers intercepted the driver as he was ordering at a local drive-thru.

A photograph (above) shows the vehicle after it had been stopped in Flint.

The driver was detained and taken into custody, with details from the OP SNAP reports now secured for further investigation.

North Wales Police thanked the community for their involvement in keeping the streets safer and apologised for any delays caused to customers in the drive-thru queue.
