Deeside Dragons are growing Mo`s for Movember

In what has become a bit of a tradition down at the ‘Den’ Dragon`s captain Mike Jones is growing a “Mo” for Movember, however this year so are the rest of his team mates (those that can).

On the 1st of November Mike and his team mates will be shaving off what facial hair they have (not eyebrows) and set about growing “Mo`s'” from scratch over the next 30 days

During November each year, ‘Movember’ is responsible for the sprouting of millions of moustaches around the world.

Last year along £90 million was raised for ‘Movember’, which aims to give vital funds and for prostate and testicular cancer and mental health.

Mike said:

“I have done Movember for the past 4 years and asked if the lads fancied taking part everyone was up for it, some of our fans will be helping collect donations during our home games as well.”

“Its a great bit of fun growing a moustache but all in aid of a great cause of helping and improving men’s health awareness”

Of course its not just the taking part that counts, style is important too:
