J31 slip road will remain closed for the vehicle to be recovered.
Queues still back to Rhuallt Hill but traffic starting to move.

Exit slip road partially blocked and all traffic being temporarily held due to a lorry fire on A55 North Wales Expressway Eastbound at J31 A5151 (Caerwys).
There is congestion to J30 (Travellers Inn).
Traffic is being held just before the eastbound exit slip. Fire services have arrived at scene.
