North Wales Police officers in Flintshire North attended 106 calls for service over the weekend, including 34 Priority 0 incidents requiring blue lights and sirens.

The force shared details of the weekend’s activity on social media, reporting 10 domestic incidents, two concerns for safety, and six cases of anti-social behaviour.

Six arrests were made, including two for assault, two for burglary, one for fraud offences and one for affray, which is classed as a public order offence.

Officers said that 44 incidents were logged for reports, with 15 recorded as crimes so far. There were no hate-related incidents over the weekend.

Sixteen calls were reported as abandoned. Police reminded the public to stay on the line if they call 999 by accident, as hang-ups still trigger a police response.

“If you ever call 999 by accident whether it’s a pocket dial or kids messing with the phone – please stay on the line and let us know,” the update said. “If we call you back just answer and explain, there will be no issues.”
