Private landlords invited to attend upcoming Landlords Forum

Private landlords across Wrexham are being invited to attend an upcoming Landlords Forum meeting.
Taking place on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 5.30pm at Wrexham Glyndwr University, there will be multiple guest speakers, including:
- Sandra Towers – National Residential Landlords Association
- Nick Hodgetts – Glixtone, Damp and Mould Specialists
- Bethan Jones – Rent Smart Wales update
- Local Authority update
- Jo Seymour – Warm Wales – ECO 4 update
- North Wales Fire and Rescue Service – provisional at present
Attendees are asked to meet in the main reception area of Wrexham Glyndwr University. Refreshments will be provided.
The Forum is expected to end at 7.30pm
