Private landlords invited to attend upcoming Landlords Forum

Private landlords across Wrexham are being invited to attend an upcoming Landlords Forum meeting. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

Taking place on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 5.30pm at Wrexham Glyndwr University, there will be multiple guest speakers, including: ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

  • Sandra Towers – National Residential Landlords Association
  • Nick Hodgetts – Glixtone, Damp and Mould Specialists
  • Bethan Jones – Rent Smart Wales update
  • Local Authority update
  • Jo Seymour – Warm Wales – ECO 4 update
  • North Wales Fire and Rescue Service – provisional at present

Attendees are asked to meet in the main reception area of Wrexham Glyndwr University. Refreshments will be provided. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The Forum is expected to end at 7.30pm ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
