Police confirm a 10 year old boy has tragically died following a medical emergency in Mostyn

Police have said a 10 year old boy has tragically died following a medical emergency in Mostyn.

There were reports of a large emergency service response at an address in Mostyn on Wednesday.

Callum Lloyd was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd but police said he sadly died yesterday afternoon.

North Wales Police have issued a statement, it says: “We were called to assist with a medical emergency at an address in Mostyn, Holywell yesterday March 17. ”

“A 10 year old boy, Callum Lloyd, was taken to hospital, but sadly died.”

“There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this tragic matter.”

“The coroner has been informed and the family have requested privacy at this very difficult time.”
