Police charge driver over A541 Flintshire crash last May which killed a Nannerch man

Police have charged a 35-year-old man from Abergele with causing death by careless driving, he has been summonsed to appear before Mold Magistrates on March 30th

The charge is in relation to a fatal collision on the A541 in Nannerch last May which killed 28-year-old local man Jonathan Yeardley.

Mr Yeardely an environmental conservation graduate from Nannerch, was travelling in a black Volkswagen Golf which crashed on the A541 Mold to Denbigh road on May 1 2016.

He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene,  two other people were also taken to hospital following the crash.
