New Non-Executive Director for Ewloe based Moneysupermarket.com

Moneysupermarket.com Group have announced the appointment of Genevieve Shore as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

She will be a member of the Risk, Remuneration, Nomination and Audit Committees of the Board.

Genevieve has been a non-executive director of STV Group plc since March 2012 where she chairs its remuneration committee.

Genevieve was appointed to the advisory board of Great Fridays, an innovative product and service design company, in September 2014.

She has previously held senior leadership roles at Pearson PLC including chief information officer and chief product officer.

Announcing the appointment, Bruce Carnegie-Brown, Chairman of the Company, said:

“We are delighted that Genevieve has agreed to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. With her extensive digital, technology and strategic experience in the media, publishing and technology sectors, she will be a valuable addition to the Board.”
