Mold man pleads guilty to assaults and threats to kill

A Flintshire man will be sentenced next month after admitting a series of violent offences.

Ricky Richardson, 41, of Denbigh Road, Mold, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates’ Court earlier this week.

He entered guilty pleas to seven counts of assault against two female victims, as well as engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour.

Richardson also admitted to making threats to kill another female during the period of his offending, which took place between April 2023 and July 2025.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear for sentencing at Mold Crown Court on Thursday, 9 October.
