Residents at a supported living scheme in Flint for former homeless people and at a sheltered housing scheme for older people in Buckley were each presented with a new flat screen TV last week, thanks to the

Moneysupermarket.com online financial comparison firm.

Greenbank Villas in Flint and Nant Mawr Court in Buckley are both managed by Clwyd Alyn Housing Society and Community Development Officer Louise Blackwell said that residents at both schemes were absolutely delighted with the gift.

“We’d like to say a special thanks to April Aldridge at Moneysupermarket.com for organising this superb donation. The TVs are already making a difference at both scheme where residents are enjoying getting together in the communal lounges.

Greenbank Villa resident Jamie Swinnerton and Project Worker Kirsty Gloyne are pictured with the new TV donated by Moneysupermarket.com
