Cheshire Police have issued an appeal to the public in their search for 27-year-old Frank Hulme, who has been missing from Chester since Saturday, 7th October.

Concerns for his welfare are growing, and authorities are urging residents, especially in the North Wales and Merseyside areas, to be on the lookout.

Frank was last seen at the Countess of Chester Hospital at 2 pm on the mentioned date.

He was wearing blue jeans, a grey fleece, a black face mask, and a navy-blue hat at the time of his disappearance.

Frank is described as a white male, standing at 5 foot 10 inches tall, with dark hair which has recently been shaved.

Inspector Scott Fletcher said: “We’ve been making a number of enquiries to trace Frank and now believe he could be in the North Wales or Merseyside areas, so we’re appealing for anyone in those areas who sees Frank to get in touch with us.”

“We are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare – as are his family, so it’s vital we find him.”

“We would urge anyone who sees Frank or who has any information about his whereabouts to contact us so that we can make sure he is safe and well.”

Members of the public with any leads or information are asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, quoting the reference IML 1662328.
