Half-term family adventures await at Broughton Shopping Park

News and Info from Deeside, Flintshire, North Wales

Keeping the kids entertained during the school holidays can be challenging – not to mention a strain on the purse strings.

Broughton Shopping Park has a host of great deals for families to enjoy this half-term.

From dining out to catching the latest blockbusters at Cineworld, visitors can enjoy an action-packed day of activities for less this February.

  • Pizza Express – families can make the most of Pizza Express’ family bundle deal, offering two large classic pizzas, one portion of Doppio Dough Balls and any two sides of your choice for £50.

  • Cineworld – with all the latest blockbuster movies to enjoy, Cineworld is the perfect place to step into another world and let your imagination run wild this half term. The Family Ticket lets adults pay kids’ prices, meaning families can sit back and watch their favourite movies for less, from the brand-new Dog Man to the hugely popular Mufasa.

  • Prezzo – families can take advantage of Prezzo’s Kids Eat Free deal which is running from 9th February to 2nd March and allows little ones to enjoy a three-course meal free of charge with the purchase of one adult main.

  • The Entertainer – The Entertainer is running a selection of different hands-on events for kids to get involved in, from racing around the store with radio-controlled cars to trying out a range of fidget toys.  The bravest police pup, Chase, will also be visiting the store on 22nd February between 10am-4pm to meet little fans. And the fun doesn’t stop there, with up to 50% off a wide range of toys this half term.

  • Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito’s – to help refuel after a fun day out, Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito’s are offering new set menu deals. Frankie & Benny’s set lunch menu starts at £9.95 and Chiquito’s at £9.70.

Alan Pruden-Barker, centre manager at Broughton, said: “This half term, there’s a whole host of deals on offer at Broughton to help families make the most of their precious time together and enjoy a fun-filled day out for less.

“Whether it’s enjoying one of the latest blockbuster movies, or fuelling up after a busy day at one of our restaurants, Broughton has all you could need for the perfect family day out all in one place.”

The family fun will continue at Broughton in March with the arrival of Big Kid Circus from 5th to 9th for the performance of ‘Kingdom of Kong’. For more details and performance time, visit www.bigkidcircus.co.uk.
