Reward offered for information on Flintshire man

Crimestoppers has issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of a Bagillt man who is wanted on recall to prison by North Wales Police.
Daniel James Delaney, aged 35, from Bagillt and Holywell, has been wanted on recall since June 2025.
The independent charity is offering a reward of up to £1,000 for information passed anonymously that leads to his arrest.
Delaney is described as white European, approximately 6 feet 4 inches, with a medium build, brown straight hair, and usually unshaven.
Crimestoppers said Delaney is believed to be in the Flintshire area.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Crimestoppers directly and not the police, in order to remain anonymous and be eligible for the reward.
Information can be provided by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by submitting a report online.
Callers should ask for a reward code during their initial contact.
For those reporting online, the charity said the “keeping in contact” facility must be used and a reward code requested at the time of the first report.
Crimestoppers said the reward will only be payable for information passed directly to the charity and not for information given to the police.
Anyone contacting North Wales Police directly is asked to quote the reference number 25000504127.
