Greenfield Valley reopens for February half term

Greenfield Valley Heritage Park will reopen for February half term from Saturday 14 February to Sunday 22 February.
The Holywell site will open for nine consecutive days following its winter break, offering access to woodland walks, outdoor play areas and the park’s heritage features.
Organisers have confirmed that a character known as Hemlock the Dragon will appear at the park from Thursday 19 February to Sunday 22 February. During those four days, Hemlock will meet visitors and be available for photographs.
A dragon-themed family craft session is scheduled for Friday 20 February between 1pm and 3pm. Children attending will be able to create their own version of Hemlock.
Throughout the half-term week, the park’s usual attractions will remain open. These include adventure play areas and historic features across the valley, which reflect the area’s industrial past.
Visitors will also have access to picnic areas, and a food and drink van will be on site during the reopening period.
The park is encouraging visitors to plan ahead, particularly for the four days when the dragon character will be appearing.
Further information about opening times and activities is available through Greenfield Valley Heritage Park’s website.
