Flint man remanded over stalking charge

A 54-year-old man has been charged with stalking involving serious alarm or distress.

Dean Griffin, of Church Street, Flint, is accused of stalking after a victim reported receiving excessive unwanted contact over a two-week period earlier this month.

Griffin was remanded into custody and is due to appear before Mold Magistrates Court today, 30 January.

No further details were released by police or the court.
