An award-winning Chester pizzeria has launched a new collection of artisanal-inspired pizzas, as diners continue to travel from across the UK and beyond to visit the restaurant.

Stile Napoletano has unveiled the new pizzas following its recent ranking as the 13th Best Pizzeria in Europe.

The latest additions are designed to showcase Italian ingredients, bold flavour combinations and refined Neapolitan pizza-making techniques.

The new collection reflects chef-owner Giacomo Guido’s evolving approach to pizza, combining traditional methods with creativity and seasonality.

Among the new pizzas is Salsiccia e Cavolo, priced at £17.50, which features cavolo nero kale cream, Neapolitan sausages, smoked mozzarella and parmesan, finished with crispy cavolo nero, salted ricotta and chilli oil.

Another addition is Tonno e Cipolla, priced at £17, built on a braised brown onion cream base and topped with red tuna, marinated red onions, baked cherry tomatoes, basil and black olive powder, finished with extra virgin olive oil.

Vegetables are the focus of Torciuta, priced at £17, which includes curly endive cream, mozzarella, baked cherry tomatoes, marinated red onions, aubergines and black olive powder, finished with anchovy emulsion. A vegan version of the pizza is also available.

Completing the new line-up is Profumo di Bosco, priced at £16.50, featuring taleggio cheese, mozzarella and parmesan with cardoncelli mushrooms, chives and truffle oil.

Originally from the island of Ischia in the Bay of Naples, Giacomo Guido has been serving Neapolitan-style pizzas in Chester since opening Stile Napoletano in 2018. The restaurant is now recognised among the leading pizzerias in Europe and attracts visitors from across the UK.

Giacomo Guido said: “These pizzas are more experimental for us and are inspired by the incredible variety of ingredients and artisan craft you find across Italy. I love exploring new combinations while still respecting the techniques and flavours I grew up with. It’s been a great start to the year for us, and this menu is just the beginning, we’ve got more exciting things planned over the months ahead.”

The new pizzas are available now and are served alongside the restaurant’s core menu and seasonal specials beneath the Chester Rows.
