Teenager seriously injured in Connah’s Quay collision

A teenager is in hospital with serious injuries following a collision in Connah’s Quay on Monday afternoon.

Police were called to Kelsterton Road – near Coleg cambria – at around 4.45pm on Monday, 24 November after reports of a collision involving a car and a motorbike.

The 17-year-old male motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.

Detective Inspector Tim Evans said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision and hasn’t yet spoken to officers to get in touch.

“I am particularly interested in hearing from anyone who was near Coleg Cambria at around 4.45pm who witnessed the collision or has CCTV or dashcam footage to contact police.

“Anyone with information that could assist our investigations should contact us via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference C182456.”
