Police appeal after serious assault at Connah’s Quay pub

North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault at a pub in Connah’s Quay.

The incident happened at around 7.30pm on 24 December at the The Broad Oak Pub.

A man in his 20s sustained serious injuries during the assault.

Police said a man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in custody.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, or who may have seen or heard anything that could assist the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number C198737. Information can also be passed anonymously via Crimestoppers.
