Connah’s Quay Nomads have donated over 3,000 season tickets to pupils at four local primary schools—Bryn Deva, Golftyn, Caer Nant, Wepre—and Connah’s Quay High School for the 2025/26 football season.

Following the success of last season’s free season ticket scheme for all first team and Women’s home games, the club has confirmed the offer will continue for the coming campaign.

All students at the participating schools will have free entry to all games at The Essity Stadium, with relevant parents and guardians receiving a 50% discount. Students can attend matches with or without their gifted season tickets throughout the season.

Technical Director Jay Catton said: “It was brilliant last campaign to see attendees from Wepre, Caer Nant, Golftyn and Bryn Deva attending games with a high number returning to numerous fixtures and supporting their local club.

“A huge thanks to head teachers Mr Dale, Mrs Burrows, Mrs Cooper and Mrs Mead for really supporting this initiative and we are looking to do more work together in partnership with all schools and pupils across the new season.”

The 2025/26 season also sees the inclusion of Connah’s Quay High School students from year 7 to year 11 receiving free season tickets.

The club has maintained a strong partnership with the high school for nearly a decade, working together with The Poppies 3G for the benefit of students and the local community.

Jay Catton added: “A huge thanks to Mr Forber for supporting this project and we look forward to seeing plenty of CQHS students across the campaign.

“This is the start of numerous community projects planned for the coming season as we continue to support local clubs, schools, community projects and aid all we can across the local area as a football club.”
