Officers appeal for information after Pen-y-ffordd bike theft

North Wales Police are appealing for information after a distinctive electric bike was stolen from outside the Co-op store on Hawarden Road in Pen-y-ffordd.

The theft took place at approximately 6:24pm on Tuesday 30 December.

Officers say the bike, a GIANT TRANCE X E+2, is very distinctive and may be easily recognisable.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police South Flintshire said:

“The bike pictured below was stolen from outside the Co-op shop on Hawarden Road in Pen-y-ffordd at approximately 6:24pm on Tuesday 30th December. It is a GIANT TRANCE X E+2 bike, and as you can see it is very distinctive.”

“CCTV enquiries are being conducted in the area. If you have any CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage that may be of interest, or if you have seen this bike or have any information that might assist our investigation, then please contact us via 101 or our website, quoting reference number 25001062051.”
