A5119 King Street Mold back open following earlier collision
Update – Road is back open.
Police are asking mototorist to avoid the A5119 King Street leaving Mold towards Sychdyn and the A494 after the road was closed following a collision.
North Wales Police tweeted:
RTC on A5119 / King Street leaving Mold towards Sychdyn is closed following an RTC. Please avoid the area, use alternative routes where safe and practicable.

Traffic heading into Mold is currently along the A5119 up the hill past County Hall., the outbound side of the road is currently closed.
Latest travel report say:
‘A5119 King Street (Heol-Y-Brenin) outbound closed, slow traffic due to accident between A541 / B5444 King Street (Heol Y Brenin) and Raikes Lane. Affecting traffic heading out of Mold towards New Brighton.’
