Update: The road in now back open.

Earlier report: Kelsterton Road in Connah’s Quay has been closed in both directions after a road traffic collision outside Coleg Cambria.

North Wales Police posted on social media, “Police are currently dealing with an RTC outside Coleg Cambria, the road is currently closed. Heavy traffic is building, please find an alternative route. Thank you for your patience”.

The closure is causing delays on surrounding routes as traffic diverts away from the area.

The road remains shut while officers manage the scene.
