Delays between Prestatyn and Flint are causing delays of up to 60 minutes

Urgent repairs to the track between Prestatyn and Flint are causing delays of up to 60 minutes to trains between Llandudno Junction and Chester.

It is anticipated that disruption will continue until approximately 3pm

Arriva Trains Wales website says:

“Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 60 minutes. Disruption is expected until 15:00
If your train journey has been delayed you may be entitled to compensation.
Please keep your ticket to accompany any claim. For more information please visit www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk/contactus where you can claim online, or pick up a form from your nearest ticket office.”
