Busy weekend of racing for Deestriders runners

Deestriders runners took on a series of events across North Wales and the Wirral over the weekend of 15 and 16 November.
At the Penmaenmawr Fell Race on Friday, Michelle Kerr finished in 1:48:58, followed by Christine Cammillare in 1:55:34. Debbie Parry crossed the line in 3:19:14, Jane Blackwell in 3:19:21 and Sue Witty in 3:21:59.
John Barron completed the 35 mile Winter Wirral Ultra in 5:49:15. He then went on to run the Conwy Half Marathon on Sunday, finishing in 1:49:01.
A large group represented the club at Conwy, with several runners carrying injuries. Some received a special medal for also completing the Liverpool Half Marathon earlier in the year.
Ben Rowlands recorded a personal best of 1:19:50. Joey Davies finished in 1:25:24 and Rayko Kolev in 1:35:59. Paul Lyth completed the course in 1:41:56, Trevor Tommy in 1:43:26 and Marc Dixon in 1:43:39.
Christine Cammillare finished in 1:44:09 and Graham Bryan in 1:44:53. Paul Lewtey ran 1:46:06, followed by David Temple in 1:52:26 and Grant McGowan in 1:54:38. Martin Witty crossed the line in 1:57:30.
Rhian Lloyd recorded a personal best of 2:01:10. Les Price finished in 2:03:37, Bridget Aldridge in 2:05:07 and both Claire Harper and Amanda Scotter in 2:10:01. Joe Blackwell ran 2:10:57 and Ann Marie Fauset 2:12:30.
Justin Evans completed the course in 2:13:44. Ruth Jones ran 2:15:09, Dafydd Morris 2:16:24 and Dean Matthews 2:18:15. Natalie Davies recorded a personal best of 2:24:47. Bernice Matthews finished in 2:26:02, Gilly Mayes in 2:26:29 and Alannah O’Brien in 2:26:36. Phill Bryan ran 2:29:22 and Ross Makin finished in 2:41:15.
