Deeside — Connah's Quay, Shotton, Queensferry, Sealand, Hawarden, Broughton, Ewloe, Sandycroft and Saltney — plus Buckley, Flint and Bagillt. Combined with most of Wrexham county.
Mold, Holywell, Mostyn, Greenfield, Northop, Northop Hall and Halkyn. The constituency extends further west into Denbighshire and along the north Wales coast.
This is the first Senedd election under a closed-list proportional system. Wales is divided into 16 constituencies, each electing six Members — for a Senedd of 96, up from 60.
Voters cast a single ballot for a party, not a candidate. Seats are allocated in proportion to vote share, with the candidate at the top of each party's list elected first.
49 seats are needed for an outright majority.
