Police are hunting thieves who stole a vehicle transporter on Thursday
Police are hunting thieves who broke into the car park of industrial units on Manor Lane in Hawarden on Thursday evening and stole an Iveco vehicle transporter.
The gang, who were captured on video driving into the compound in a blue Ford Focus ST used a grinder to cut through a fence, break a lock and gain access at around 8.45pm.
Once inside they set about breaking into the white Iveco ‘euro cargo’ transporter which has a distinctive red grille.
The thieves can be seen on the video using tools from the boot of the Ford Focus to break into the truck and get the engine started.
The video ends with both vehicles leaving the car park at speed.

“It only took them around 7 minutes to gain access to the yard steal the truck and drive out, it was flagged by ANPR heading into the Wirral”
If you have any information or have seen either the truck, registration number T116 MRJ or the Ford Focus ST estate call North Wales Police on 101
