Police in Connah’s Quay are hunting 2 men who are going door to door ripping elderly people off!

North Wales Police are appealing for information following a report of two suspicious men in the Dodds Drive area of Connahs Quay. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

At approx 5 pm on 22/08/14, the two men visited an address on an elderly person claiming to work for a charity and trying to sell cleaning chemicals. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The two men showed the elderly lady some form of identification however, she cant clarify which charity it was from. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

The lady then went on to buy £50.00 worth of cleaning chemicals from the men, they then left the area. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

One man is described as tall and wearing a blue anorak. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​

If you have noticed anything similar, or seen these two men around the Deeside area selling products door to door, North Wales Police would like you to contact them. ‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌​
