Police in Connah’s Quay are hunting 2 men who are going door to door ripping elderly people off!

North Wales Police are appealing for information following a report of two suspicious men in the Dodds Drive area of Connahs Quay.

At approx 5 pm on 22/08/14, the two men visited an address on an elderly person claiming to work for a charity and trying to sell cleaning chemicals.

The two men showed the elderly lady some form of identification however, she cant clarify which charity it was from.

 

The lady then went on to buy £50.00 worth of cleaning chemicals from the men, they then left the area.

One man is described as tall and wearing a blue anorak.

If you have noticed anything similar, or seen these two men around the Deeside area selling products door to door, North Wales Police would like you to contact them.

North Wales Police would like to urge residents to always report suspicious activity to them at the earliest opportunity.
