Deeside’s Willow Caravan Park raised £318 for Wales Air Ambulance

A Deeside caravan park held a fun day to raise money for Wales Air Ambulance, selling items on stalls to fundraise for the charity.

Willow Park Caravan Site raised a total of £318 for Wales Air Ambulance, by holding a fun day in their park, which featured a wealth of activities.

The park has strong connections with the helicopter charity, Jackie Price a Chairperson for the park and Chris Price both regularly volunteer for Wales Air Ambulance, helping out at local events.

One of the local park residents, Mr Len Jones, also raised money for the charity earlier this year by making and selling Easter chicks. He raised a fantastic donation of £395 for the helicopter charity.

Wales Air Ambulance is an all-Wales charity providing vital emergency air cover for those who face life-threatening illness or injuries.
