The night marks the official launch of the Deeside-based online magazine which published its preview edition in March.

Pit Lane Reporter’s editor and F1 journalist Phil Woods will give an introduction to the magazine and outline plans for its future.

There will also be a live web link-up with the magazine’s American editor Eric Hall so guests can ask him about the magazine and world of motor sports.

Some of the writers who contribute to the magazine will also be attending the launch.

Other guests include people from the world of racing, including drivers and team representatives.

There will also be sponsors and advertisers attending the event.

Guests will be able to enjoy the excellent hospitality at ‘HOUSE as well as entertainment from the likes of talented close-up table magician John Holt.

Editor Phil Woods says,

‘As well as marking the official launch of the magazine, the night is also a celebration of the incredible success of our preview issue. We were overwhelmed to discover it matched ‘Autosport’ for the number of downloads in March.’

This early success has allowed the Pit Lane Reporter to bring forward plans to start recruitment.

They also intend to create more opportunities to work for the magazine in the near future.

The event will take place at House in central Chester on Wednesday 23rd April 2014, starting at 7.30 pm.
