Deeside based Anwyl Group is expanding its service offering with the launch of a new division; Anwyl Land.

Heading up the new division and tasked with driving it forward are Managing Director Phil Dolan and Land & Planning Director Duncan Gregory who both join Anwyl from land promoter Gladman Developments.

The new division’s strategy will focus on working with landowners and advisors to unlock the potential and future residential development of land, the new division aims to promote land on a national basis to help address the UK housing crisis.

The two new directors Phil and will collaborate with landowners across the UK to identify sites, ranging from four to 40+ acres, that offer short, medium and long-term development.

Commenting on the launch of Anwyl Land, Phil Dolan says:

“It is an incredibly exciting time to launch this new division, and both Duncan and I are thrilled to join the Anwyl Group and be a part of their continued growth. Our drive, focus and determination to succeed on every parcel of land we promote, complemented by the financial strength and vast experience in planning, house building and construction from the Group, makes a formidable partner for any landowner seeking to realise the potential of their land.

Anwyl Land has already identified a number of potential sites and is in detailed discussions with land owners about promoting their land both immediately where no five year housing land supply exists, and on a medium term basis through the Local Plan review process.
