“It is an incredibly exciting time to launch this new division, and both Duncan and I are thrilled to join the Anwyl Group and be a part of their continued growth. Our drive, focus and determination to succeed on every parcel of land we promote, complemented by the financial strength and vast experience in planning, house building and construction from the Group, makes a formidable partner for any landowner seeking to realise the potential of their land. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Anwyl Land has already identified a number of potential sites and is in detailed discussions with land owners about promoting their land both immediately where no five year housing land supply exists, and on a medium term basis through the Local Plan review process. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
