She will also be tasked with liaising with the Local Authority’s Planning Departments, providing them with suitable information for securing the necessary planning approvals for the company’s proposed future developments. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Alison, aged 36, has ambitious aspirations, including designing bespoke residential developments in desirable locations for Anwyl, as well as producing her own new-style site layouts for these developments. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Prior to joining Anwyl Homes, Alison worked for a private practice architect covering residential, commercial and healthcare projects. With vast experience in designing a variety of schemes through to compiling construction information to enable build, Alison is perfectly suited to her new position. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

She says: “I was initially attracted to Anwyl Homes as the company has a very good reputation within the industry. It is forward thinking and innovative, and this shows in the interesting projects and developments it is currently working on. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

“I am delighted to be part of such a skilled team and am looking forward to designing developments with our thoughtful homes brand messaging in mind, and then seeing them through from inception to completion.” ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Anwyl Homes’ Housing Managing Director, Mathew Anwyl, comments: “I would like to welcome Alison to the team and sincerely wish her well in her new role. She is very talented in her field and brings with her passion, commitment and professionalism.” ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Alison is married with two young children, and away from work, loves nothing more than spending time with her family. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
